Commitment to Donors

Everyside Foundation appreciates your generous support. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a refund policy for donations under specific conditions.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be considered in cases of:

• Double Payments: If you mistakenly make duplicate donations, we will process a refund for the extra amount.
• Donation Errors: Refunds will be granted if technical errors on our platform lead to unintended excess donations.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact Everyside Foundation within 7 days of the donation date. You can reach us by:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name
• Donation date and amount
• Reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing Time

If your request meets the eligibility criteria, you can expect to receive a refund within 30 calendar days from the request date.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via:

• Account Payee Cheque
• NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)

The refund will be processed in the name of the donating party as stated on the donation record.

Non-Refundable Donations

Refunds will not be granted for online donations successfully processed by our payment gateway service providers unless a fraud notification is received from them.
