BRIEF DESCRIPTION
A program of distributing School accessories (Schoolbags etc.) was organized by the NGO Everyside Foundation with the able leadership by its CEO, Beulah Savitha along with the volunteers in the remotest THOLAVEDU village, situated in the outskirt of Chennai.
A remote village, where primary school has limited or no facility and the children of the village are almost deprived of the right to Education and to go to the schools because of poor economic condition and majorly people living in the BPL category.
As was undertaken by Everyside Foundation, a child welfare activity like this by giving school accessories were carried on so that the parents become enthusiastic and understanding about sending their kids to school at least, so that their basic development skill grows and at the same time going to school gives them the sense of togetherness and sense of bonding and friendship growing in them and by getting basic education they grow a great interest for learning things in a simplistic and systematic way.
OBJECTIVE AND IMPORTANCE OF THIS KIND OF ACTIVITIES
This kind of activity of distribution of essential school accessories among kids, which are often taken as a part of regular program by Everyside Foundation has immense importance and impact.
Children are the future of the country and the future of the country nests on their proper development. Education is the basic need for their development towards bigger things. A charity program like this belongs to a great sense of giving. By this generosity, helps the deprived community to grow confidence and provides the scope of advancing a small step towards the future. Not only that, a helping hand like Everyside Foundation provides joy, happiness and encouragement and the precious smiles among the kids and their parents so that the parents can feel the need to send their kids to school for having education what they may have been deprived off.
